Pete’s Pizza Package 1

$850.00 Attendance Fee for a maximum of 2 hours [cooking time, not including set up]

- Includes 60 pizzas
- Includes 1 x Pizza Chef, 2 x Servers
- Gourmet Pizzas available on request (must be pre-booked)
- Gourmet Pizzas at an additional $3.00 each
Extra pizzas cost $10.00 Per Pizza and an hourly rate of $70 per hour (after 2 hour period)
Pete’s Pizza Package 3
$1500.00 Attendance Fee for a maximum of 2.5 hours [cooking time , not including set up]
Package Includes:
- Includes 100 pizzas
- Includes 1 x Pizza Chef, 1x Pizza Maker and 2 x Servers
- Additional serving staff available @ $30 per hour
- Gourmet Pizzas available on request (must be pre-booked)
- Gourmet Pizzas at an additional $3.00 each
Extra pizzas cost $10.00 Per Pizza and an hourly rate of $70 per hour (after 2.5 hours)
More Information
Pizza Consumption Calculation:
If pizza is the only food provided, base your quantity on one to one and a half pizzas per person.
If other food is available, I.E. nibbles prior and desserts after, base your quantity on three-quarters to one pizza per person.
Please note:
- Prices are Exclusive of GST
- Prices are based on our 9″ base pizzas
- Additional Packages are available in 10 pizza increments
- Prices are based on pizza toppings from our Pizza menu
- Extra toppings are additional
- Time extensions are available on the day, dependent on our availability
Small Print:
- Deposit of25% is required upon acceptance and for confirmation of booking
- Events that are required to run beyond 11pm will incur a surcharge
- An event is refundable up to 14 days prior to the function
- An event booked on a Public Holiday, Christmas Eve or New Years Eve is refundable up to 30 days prior to the function
- Any event that is booked within 14 days prior to the function, a 50% deposit is required
- Any event that is booked within 7 days prior to the function, must be paid in full
- Travel to locations outside 30kms from Geelong will incur a travel fee.
- Remaining balance and additional costs due on the day of the event
- We require a flat parking space of a minimum 4mtr x 4mtr minimum
- If the event or function is to be held on a council owned park, then you need to obtain permission to access the grounds from the local council.
- This will allow us to drive our vehicle into the park to have the trailer unit within your ‘designated’ area.
- A copy of the approval must be provided to us in writing.
