A wonderful event where the team stayed up late to keep the hungry revelers satisfied.

Everyone burns a pizza sometime! Once you get the hang of where to place the pizza in the oven and for how long, you will be turning out the tastiest pizzas you’ve ever had!

We can cook  50 pizzas an hour  or 1 pizza every 80 seconds!

All we need is a relatively flat space with enough room for the trailer and somewhere to set up for the food. We have all our own equipment , including sink etc. We don’t even need power , so we [...]

Yes we can, we have gluten free pizza bases as well as lactose free.

Of course you can , just talk to Pete about what are your favourite pizza toppings and we can create a menu to suit.

We only use freshly made dough for all our functions, the dough is made 24 hours prior to the event , giving it time to ferment and then rest.
